SHIPPING TERMS

We offer FREE shipping Australia-wide for all orders over $75, and a $13.95 flat rate for all other orders. Currently, we only ship within Australia.  
We cannot deliver to PO Boxes.

We strive to offer fast delivery and the best shipping rates possible.  As such, we are unable to offer Post Office ticketing.  All packages will be marked to be left near the door or gate (in a covered or concealed area if possible) if the delivery address is unattended.  Please pay special attention to this policy as San Churro cannot be held responsible for lost, stolen, or damaged deliveries after they have been dropped off.  Please do your best to ensure product is shipped to an attended destination.

Our goal is to ensure you receive your delicious chocolate in the same condition as it left our caring hands. As chocolate is a delicate product that does not like high temperatures, this can at times be challenging, and we have developed our shipping policy around these considerations.

WHEN TO EXPECT DELIVERY
We usually ship using the services of StarTrack, Fastway Couriers or Bohaul Express (for WA). Most orders, if received before midday, will enjoy next-day delivery in metro areas. For more regional and remote locations, shipping can take up to three days or more. While we pack our products extra carefully and usually with cooling packs, we still aim to minimize the amount of time your package spends sitting in a storage facility.  

  • Orders placed Monday through Thursday before midday will be dispatched same-day
  • Orders placed after midday Monday through Wednesday will be dispatched next day
  • Orders placed from 12pm midday on Thursdays, through to midnight on Sundays will be processed and dispatched the following Monday
  • In the event we receive an order that we believe should be shipped outside the above parameters, we will make our best effort to contact you promptly and advise

We are not responsible or liable for packages left sitting on a porch, in the yard, by the mailbox, etc in the sun. Similarly, we are not responsible for packages left waiting for pick up for a day or more at postal facilities (where we have no control over fluctuating temperatures and handling conditions). Please ensure that someone is available to receive your package promptly when it arrives to minimize the chances of melted chocolate.
