Refunds and Returns Policy

Our goal is to ensure you receive your delicious chocolate in the same condition as it left our caring hands.  In the event you feel this has not happened through no fault of your own, please review the following.

We only consider refunds or exchanges within 7 days of purchase. Unfortunately, we cannot offer or consider refunds or exchanges that are not requested within a week of purchase.

To be eligible for a refund, your item must be:

  • Unused (or largely unused in the unlikely event a defect is only found through opening the product)
  • In the same condition as received  
  • In its original packaging

If a returned item is not in its original condition, is damaged by customer, or is missing parts for reasons not due to our error, we may grant a partial refund or no refund at all. does not offer refunds on gift cards.


When your returned item has been received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you that we have approved or rejected your (partial) refund.
Approved refunds will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your credit card or original method of payment.  Please allow a few business days after notification for the refund to hit your account.

Late or missing refunds

If you have not received a refund we have approved within a week, contact your credit card company and/or bank.  Processing time before a refund is posted is common.  If you have done this and you still have not received your refund, please contact us at and we will investigate the issue.

Sale items

Sale items cannot be refunded.  Only regularly priced items may be refunded.


We handle exchanges subject to the same terms (above) as refunds.  If you would like an exchange product sent en lieu of a refund, please let us know via email ( or via a note with your returned product.
